Hi,
I just wanted to let you all know that I appeared today as the Dating Expert for the new BBC ONE show "You've Been Scammed."
In the show, Matt Allwright (Watchdog / Rogue Traders) uncovers the secrets of the sophiscated scams that target millions of Britons each year. He hears how they ordinary people were manipulated into handing over their cash
I helped to warn people about scams on online dating sites and how to stay clear of the fraudsters. Online Dating is very safe and a great way to meet people, but you still need to use your common sense.
If someone seems too good to be true then they usually are. Dating Scammers are easy to spot if you know how. On the show I use my years of dating expert knowledge to show you what to look out for.
If you missed it, you will probably be able to watch it on Iplayer. I'll try and get it up on my website soon though.
